Jackie Clark

Jackie worked and traveled within the corporate world for over ten years. She is an active mother of two very energetic boys and after her kids were born, her passion for health and fitness evolved into her full time career.

Jackie is a Physical Educator at the Royal Military College of Canada where she educates and trains Officer Cadets in the Canadian Armed Forces. Previously she was co-owner and Head Coach at FirePower Kids, of one of the largest private youth fitness facilities in Canada. Jackie is also a member of the CrossFit Headquarters Seminar Staff and travels to gyms all around the world educating coaches in the CrossFit philosophy.

Jackie was a university varsity cheerleader and Ultimate Frisbee player, and has completed numerous 5K, 10K and half-marathon races. Jackie is a competitive masters CrossFit athlete and was the only Canadian selected for the Wodapalooza 2019 testing team.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is an honours post-graduate in Sport and Event Marketing. She has completed nearly a dozen fitness courses and certifications. She was a 2015 Mompreneur Award Nominee and won the 2016 Champion of Youth at Milton’s Youth Awards and 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
